She Builds Equity is a minority and women-owned real estate education and consulting company dedicated to helping women, especially women of color, build wealth through homeownership and real estate investing. Our mission is to close the wealth gap by providing the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to transition from renting to ownership.

Founded and led by a Black woman, we understand the challenges women of color face in accessing wealth-building opportunities. Through educational courses, digital products, and community support, we break down barriers to financial literacy, credit building, loan approval, and real estate investment.
Our impact goes beyond individual success—we are committed to fostering generational wealth and economic equity within minority communities.
